We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new windows and front door!
Right from the start Pat was impressed with your knowledge, the quality of your products, and your obvious pride in them. I particularly liked your computer simulation from our photo of what different configurations would look like from the outside. It helped us to change our mind from our original idea, and we are glad we did.
Now that the installation is complete we are very pleased. The house looks much better and more modern from the outside, which we expected. But we are surprised at the improvement from the inside – it is much lighter and brighter, and the living room warmer and quieter.
Even though the installation was done in the dead of winter, it went very smoothly. Even with the walls wide open, your crew worked quickly enough that it never got really cold inside. Antelo and Washington were meticulous in cleaning up inside daily, and ensuring that everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Antelo also helped out by telling us where we could find a magnetic fastener for the new door so Pat can keep hanging her wreaths and floral arrangements, without defacing the new door.
In summary, we are 100% satisfied, and would recommend you and your company to anyone considering replacing their windows or doors.
