Recently I had my two patio doors changed. I must say your installation team did an excellent job and were very clean and orderly.
At the time that they were in, I had asked them to leave behind the patio doors since I had a family member that might be interested in taking them. As it turns out they looked at them and since the hardware is broken along with the rollers and the frames are worn and uneven, they will not be much use.
I would like to know if it would still be possible to have the old patio doors and frames removed from the rear of my unit either now or when the remainder of the windows is installed. If there is a pick-up charge for the old patio doors and frames, please let me know since I know it may be an inconvenience at this point. If they can be picked up, the doors are at the rear of my unit and the two frames are resting against the fence.

I must admit that, when visiting your showroom, I was shocked to see the numerous customer testimonials.
The first thing I wondered was if I would grace your walls with my own words. Frankly, after all I’d been through with other tradesman and contractors to that point, I was doubtful. To my own and my family’s very pleasant surprise, here I am, another extremely satisfied customer. Allow me to explain to you why this is significant:
It’s been 19 months since I started my exterior renovation project. It included a number of different components, but was initiated mainly due to the need to replace the retaining walls in our slopped driveway. Given that the house had not been updated in approximately 25 years, we decided that it was time to do some overall renovations. This included the retaining walls, planter beds, a new courtyard of tumbled stone, landscaping, a couple of new overhangs (over the garage and over the front porch), new front door, new exterior trim, new iron railings and finally new windows for the front of the house. It is obvious that the project was extensive and thus you can imagine the number of contractors and tradesman that we dealt with over the 19 months. When we look back on the experiences, we proudly say that we survived!
Now, the reason for my note: The other day my family and I reflected on the project and the various people/companies that we met along the way. We all pondered: of all of these people, who would we feel confident to recommend to friends and family? Indisputably your company not only came up at the top of the list, it was the only name on the list!
Our excellent experience started with Rob, your salesman. Rob is not only knowledgeable of the product, but he is an excellent listener. He listens carefully and closely to his customers. He makes sure that he understands the need as well as the environment (family concerns, special circumstances) he demonstrates sensitivity to his client and this is rare! Rob answered all subsequent telephone calls and inquiries with patience and very apparent care and made sure that my whole family was comfortable every step of the way, which is unusual for a salesperson. Yes, Rob was able to juggle the requirements of three strong women, which were sometimes in opposition to each other. WAY TO GO ROB! AMAZING!
Our excellent experience continued with Wilson and his crew. Among the many workmen who have been at our house none, absolutely none, displayed the professionalism of this group! They are very careful, expert, cordial and pleasant.

Thank you for the first winter without any problems with our front door.
In past winters, as the temperature dropped, our old metal door would warp and become increasingly difficult to close. Even adjusting the strike plate would not help for long.
But, since you installed the new Steel door last spring we have had no trouble. The new door shut perfectly all winter as you said it would. And what a winter we had! With the coldest temperatures in 70 years the new door had a good test. We would probably not have been able to close the old door at all. And, without the new door, and the windows you installed the year before, our furnace would probably not have been able to keep the house as comfortable as it did this winter.
So, we would like to thank you for the installation of our new door and the trouble-free winter it provided us.
