Olympia Windows & Doors Ltd. and Vinyl Window Designs Ltd. installed windows with argon and Low E on our home on April 24th, 1996. Unfortunately, the plastic grids installed in our six front windows badly discolored over time.  When I mentioned this to Emilio, president of Olympia he got in touch with VWD and requested replacement of the glass components. This work was completed on September 18th and October 1st by your representative John, in a professional, friendly and timely basis.

As you know, renovations can often be a disruptive and distressing time for homeowners, but in this case it was really a pleasure. Your installers, Marcelo and Felix, were so professional and pleasant. They explained everything to me as they went along and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. They even went beyond the call of duty with little extras such as patching cracks and holes around the windows that were there prior to the installation.  It was the best renovation experience we’ve had in the nearly twenty-seven years in this house!

We’ve just had the windows replaced in our house by Olympia Windows and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s been refreshing for us to deal with everyone at Olympia.

Rob, in sales, was attentive and friendly from our very first meeting at the spring home show. He dealt with our questions in a professional and intelligent manner.  We felt we could trust him and his word.  The initial information folder and pamphlets provided by him at the show were more informative and detailed than anything else we’d received from any other company, and his follow-up after the show was also re-assuring and appreciated.

The installers Marcelo and Jorge were great. They arrived on time each of the three work days as promised. They worked in a professional and friendly manner and in the end did and excellent job of installing and finishing the windows. When they left, the new windows, as well as the work areas (including the roof) were as clean as when they arrived (perhaps even cleaner).

Olympia followed through on all its promises and adhered to their schedule to the letter. Thank you for a great job well done. I will not hesitate to give you my best recommendation to anyone contemplating new windows and/or doors in the future.

Hi Lillian and others at Olympia,

Every time I walk into my den I smile with joy.  My bay window is perfect and I’m so glad we went ahead with it.  I’ve recommended you several times to friends and on the internet server at work where folks recommend good contractors, so hopefully you’ve had some referrals come your way.

Now I’d like to ask your opinion, if you want to give it. Eventually we’d like to remodel both our kitchen and our bathroom, and my daughter has just bought a condo which desperately needs a new kitchen. There seems to be hundreds of kitchen and bathroom places out there, and we really don’t know where to start.

As I wondered how to approach this I thought “I wish I could find a company just like Olympia.”  So I hope you’re going to tell me that each one of you has a twin brother or sister, and they all work together at a place called Olympia Kitchen and Bath Reno.
